Software Development and Licensing
The diagram below demonstrates the identity management capability and process management provided by the eSOMS solution.
Capture: The web interface collects and validates credential information and can automatically detect certified capture equipment such as cameras and signature pads attached to the workstation, enabling standard PC hardware and browsers to be used.
Manage: The management component of eSOMS has a configurable “rules” engine that can carry out functions, such as; Matching files to card templates, validating information, address validation, duplicated detection, reporting, generation of unique card numbers and user management.
Deliver: Delivery of the credential can be managed by Eyede or integrated into a third party.
Card Bureau Services
Eyede operates a credential personalisation and printing bureau service within the highly secure Unisys “Tier 3” Kapiti Data Centre. The Eyede bureau centre is responsible for NZ’s single biggest card release, the SuperGold card in August 2007, as well as the distribution and management of numerous other public and private credentials. Our bureau centre operates the latest in card personalisation technology known as the MX6000. This enterprise level equipment is able to support the future requirements of the New Zealand chip card market and was selected by Eyede for its quality and ability to produce highly secure credentials.
Smart Card Leaders
Eyede has rapidly become one of New Zealand’s leading authorities on chip cards. Eyede has been instrumental in the deployment of New Zealand’s first micro processor chip card, micro payment card and to develop a solution to converge many applications on to a single chip card e.g. access control, PKI, micro payment and public transport.

Eyede offer consultancy services that draw upon Eyede’s experience in developing credential management solutions and knowledge of emerging trends.
